Chickpea Blondie Recipe


1 tsp - coconut oil
1/2 cup - almond butter
1/3 cup - maple syrup
2 tsp - vanilla extract
1/2 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - baking powder
1/4 tsp - baking soda
1/3 cup - chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 8x8 pan with coconut oil
-Mix together all ingredients in mixing bowl or food processor until smooth.
-Fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
-Spread the dough into the greased baking pan, top with 2 Tbsp of chocolate chips.
-Bake 20-25 minutes, until the tip of a knife comes out cleanly.
-Let pan cool for 20 minutes, then cut into squares
