Meet the Chefs
Before Organic Babies existed, we were just two passionate chefs trying to feed our first baby the best foods for his optimal development.
As new parents, we quickly found that none of the commercially available foods met our standards for purity, nutrition, and freshness. This inspired us to set forth the effort to give our children the wholesome and organic foundation they deserve.
About Dave and Erika
Erika is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Management at the Art Institute of Orange County, CA.
They have both spent their careers in the food and wine industry as well as being the parents of two boys; Emery and Augie.
